This program was started after last years death at the Halloween Dance.
Each Older student (5th-7th year) is charged with the responsibility of looking after their Younger Student (1st-3rd). 4th years currently exist in a type of limbo without having a mentor or being one.

*Ruth Ann somehow scared away last years mentor and Dumbledore found it necessary to pair her up with someone that she would hopefully be somewhat respectful of.

Prefect Duties

1) Patrol assigned hallways at specific times and make sure loitering students get back to their dorms. If students are caught breaking curfew, Prefects may take points.
2) Help first years when needed.
3) Deduct points for misconduct. Prefects may not deduct points from other Prefects.
4) Attend monthly meetings, which occur on the first Sunday of every month. Meetings run from 7:30PM-8:00PM.

Head Boy/Girl Duties

1) Include all above Prefect duties.
2) Have the ability to hand out detention at their discretion.
3) Are allowed to change passwords to the Prefects' bathroom when necessary.

We need to know from ALL PROFS asap what OWL scores they'll accept into their NEWTS level classes. They're allowed to vary from professor to professor, depending on personality, etc. etc.

It should list out what subjects will be taught on a weekly/biweekly/month basis in their class. This can be a general outline of what topic is to be covered which IG week or a more detailed plan that includes specifics on what homework will be assigned, but this will also help students be able to still RP out doing homework for classes that aren't being posted and help us as mods NPC those lessons when teachers go on hiatus.
